About us
Sam has several years of experience, successfully managing a selection of luxury holiday properties, co-ordinating the smooth running of guest enquiries, bookings, cleaning and changeovers to the highest of standards. I also manage several private and commercial cleaning contracts. I pride myself on doing a good job. I am confident in leading my team and believe that my professional, friendly approach encourages loyalty and a shared vision.
Kirst has several years of experience working as a cleaning supervisor for a very large and successful holiday business. Being firm but fair and setting the boundaries by managing the cleaning team and ensuring work areas were clean. She also hires our staff and manages our specialised services like carpet cleaning, window cleaning etc.
Our partnership and the key to our success is based on openness, trust and honesty, agreed shared goals and values and regular communication between ourselves. We play on our strengths - mine are my organisational skills, my positiity and my strive for perfection. Kirst's are her abilty to get stuck in when training members of staff, her brilliant people skills and creating a happy atmosphere in the workplace.
